Fairness is one of the core philosophy of THL .Based on the interrelations : brand partner, retail partners, team members , it fulfills the ideal of fairness substantially. Fairness & transparency create win-win-win outcomes.

THL has focused on fairness. In the aspects of brand partners or channels, it has followed this core spirit by insisting on the principle of transparency and honesty. THL dedicates itself on the businesses of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), helping its clients to perform brilliantly and make profits. We provide services in logistics, sales, marketing, distribution, brand management and integrate these services into a very strong operation and support to cultivate each brand we represent for the long term.

David HT Chen, the Group Chairman of THL shares the spirit of fairness. Regarding cooperation and communication with brand partners, he insists on the substantiality and transparency of information, such as reports, sales performance, and more. For channel partners, fairness implies respect, resources sharing, and information transparency, which are indispensable.

Encourage intrapreneurship to construct an environment of fairness

Internally, THL cares about whether our team members ’ contributions are equivalent with their rewards. It is actualized substantially in the company ’s policy to inspire creativity and promote cooperation. THL is not only an agent, with the extension and expansion of the professionalism in the group, new subsidiary companies are established almost every year. Terence Chen, General Manager of THL expressed that now there are about 20 companies in THL Enterprise. The shareholders of the subsidiary companies are mostly THL ’s managers/team members. It is expected that with innovation it will promote and consolidate the spirit of fairness to allow THL to leap forward with our team members/shareholders.

For example, two new subsidiary companies, Activa Marketing and H-P PR Company, were established last year. The former focuses on channel marketing to solve the long-time problem of high inventory level of open-shelf channel cosmetics. The latter is dedicated to the marketing and PR of boutiques. Our subsidiaries work closely with each other and for our brand partners to grow business and brands relevance in the market.

In THL, it won ’t be a dream to become a CEO or owner of an enterprise. If it is possible to find a gap in the market and grasp the market ’s trend, THL will encourages its team members to start their own business. When an enterprise is willing to share its profit with team members, it can encourage them to make the most of their efforts in operating their businesses.
